NHL Stenden uses Easycruit to store your personal data during the recruitment process. In order to apply for vacancies, various personal details (name, address, contact details, cover letter and CV) will be requested and by submitting there you are automatically agreeing to allowing us to process your personal data for the purpose of the application process.

Easycruit is a cloud-based service developed by Visma. The companies that are part of the Visma group and their subcontractors for IT services may have access to candidates' personal data in order to provide the service. Agreements have been signed with these subcontractors to ensure data privacy in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (the GDPR, effective from 25 May 2018). Subcontractors located outside the EU are bound by the pass-through arrangements approved by the European Commission.

Your data and account will be retained in Easycruit for a period of maximum 1 year after completion of the application process and then deleted. You can view, edit or delete your data at any time via your account. If you have any questions about this, please contact vacatures@nhlstenden.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
